“The fermentation beverage industry creates and anchors community. Pubs and Inns have been historic meeting places for our ancestors. They have nurtured philosophical ideas, organized revolutions, and provided comfort. As a part of the fermentation beverage industry, we have upheld the freedom of this space for our community while perfecting our craft. We craft for our community. Let’s Raise Each Other, One Pour at a Time.”

Pink Boots Society
Pink Boots Society is a community of women and non-binary professionals who power the fermented and alcoholic beverage industry—from brewing and production to packaging, design, service, and storytelling. We’re united by a commitment to high-quality craft, and by a belief that the industry gets better when we invest in each other. Through seminars, skill-sharing, and mentorship, we help members grow in both front-of-house and back-of-house roles, and we raise money to fund educational scholarships that move careers forward.
A New Pour is our festival built around that mission.
It’s a day-long celebration of craft beverages and community, featuring hand-selected vendors pouring beverages made specifically for the event. Attendees can also enjoy local food trucks with non-alcoholic options, live music, and educational seminars and panels led by industry folks doing meaningful work. Proceeds from A New Pour support Pink Boots Society’s education programming and scholarship efforts, helping more women and non-binary professionals access training and opportunities in the industry.
What does it raise money for?
Pink Boots Society aims to assist, inspire, and encourage women and non-binary individuals in the fermented/alcoholic beverage industry to advance their careers through education.
